- Prepare of For bhaji---.
- Use 3 of boiled potatoes.
- Take 1 bowl of chopped capsicum.
- Use 1 bowl of chopped tomatoes.
- Provide 1 bowl of chopped beans.
- Provide 1 bowl of chopped carrot.
- Take 1 bowl of chopped cabbage.
- You need 1 bowl of peas.
- Prepare 2 slices of beetroot.
- Use 5-6 of butter.
- Provide to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of Kashmiri mirch.
- Prepare 2 tsp of pavbhaji masala.
- Use 2 tsp of lemon juice.

- Provide 2 of chopped onions.
- Use 1/2 tsp of coriander leaves.
- Take of For pav-.
- Use 1 packet of bun.
- Prepare As required of Butter.
Steps to make Pav bhaji :
- In a pressure cooker add all chopped veggies,except capsicum and tomatoes,add little salt and water boil till 4 whistles.
- Take a pan add butter add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and stir,sidewise mash potatoes,mash boiled veggies.Now add all veggies in it and mix add all spices,lemon juice,except pavbhaji masala.
- Add little water and cook lastly add pavbhaji masala.While serving add onion,coriander,lemon slice and 1tsp butter
- For pav-Take a pan add butter and roast bun and cut in middle and serve.
